What is it called when the rate of return is driven down because of the overwhelming increase of investors?
Q. I am in a finance class and my teacher says there is a specific term to describe when the rate of return on an investment is very high so the number of investors for that investment increases, and then because of the increase of investors, the rate of return is driven back down. Does anyone know what terminology she is talking about? Thanks Michael...that's exactly what I was looking for!
